Establishment of the Faculty of Theology under the Rectorate of Karabük University;  Based on the Letter of the Ministry of National Education dated 24.12.2010 and numbered 23554;  Decided by the Council of Ministers on 07.01.2011, in accordance with the Additional Article 30 of the Law No. 2809 dated 28.03.1983.  Published in the Official Gazette dated 13.02.2011 and numbered 27845. 

 

  Our faculty will start education in 30% Arabic starting from the 2024-2025 academic year and it lasts for five years with the preparatory class. It provides Religious Education at a high level within the higher education system.

 

   With the proclamation No: 32586 in the Official Gazette dated 28 June 2024, the name of Karabük University's Faculty of Islamic Sciences was changed to the Faculty of Theology.
